Partnering with Hundreds of Providers Statewide
IMPACT partners with community providers, local health departments and other community-based health organizations to establish a growing network of health facilities statewide that evaluate and treat patients in their local communities across the state of California.
Currently IMPACT has more than 600 contracted health care providers throughout California, providing coverage from Northern California’s Humboldt and Siskiyou Counties to Southern California’s Los Angeles and San Diego Counties.
